33rd National Convention in Guatemala

The Worldwide Missionary Movement in Guatemala held its 33rd National Convention under an atmosphere of joy, power and great anointing. This important event took place in “Campamento La Certeza,” from March 28th to April 1st under the theme, “Credibility 2018.” This activity featured the attendance of the international board members: Rev. Ruben Concepcion, Rev. Luis Meza, and Rev. Álvaro Garavito who expressed their gratitude to God for the great progress the Work of God has had in Guatemala. Delegations from: El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Mexico, Bolivia, Chile and Colombia and from the 22 states of Guatemala were present in this spiritual event. The instruments used by God to convey His message to His people were: Ps. Ruben Concepción from Puerto Rico, Ps Mario Lima from Bolivia, Ps. Luís Meza Bocanegra from Peru, Ps Gerardo Martínez from Chile, Ps Alvaro Garavito from Guatemala, and Ps. Marcelo Valenzuela. There was a special conference for young people as well, which encouraged the attendees to serve God faithfully. In the promotion ceremony, 13 brethren were promoted to the position of Lay Preacher, 7 lay preachers were promoted to the position of Licensed Pastor, and 4 licensed pastors were promoted to the position of Ordained Minister. This convention was broadcast live through the social networks and it blessed thousands of people who watched the event from different countries. No doubt, God was present in this national convention of Guatemala. His glory and power left a mark in the attendees. Many people were healed from sickness, others were delivered from Powers of darkness, and others were called by God to His Work.
